HOW IT WORKS

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We are a small business and excess inventory is not desirable; therefore, most of our work is done by pre-ordering. This consists of placing an order during our “open order window”. Turnaround time is usually 10-14 business days after the open order window closes.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Need a shirt now? This is your spot! All of the items listed here are ready to be picked up or shipped ASAP. Most of these items were created as samples. Some items listed here may have a small defect which will be detailed in the item description. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Have an idea for your team, school, church, or business, but need a little help? Let us help you design and create something classic that your group will want to wear. Our bulk order minimum is typically around 24 pieces.

SHIPPING &

HANDLING

All orders are shipped through the fastest and most cost effective carrier for each package. We usually use UPS and USPS and charge a $10 flat rate for all orders. Orders over $100 ship for free. For in-stock orders placed online, please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. For preorders please note the estimated production window and ship time on each shop listing. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Any in stock orders placed after 1 pm CST will be processed the following business day. 

RETURNS &

EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and seasonal nature of KM Design products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect. Each item is carefully crafted to meet your unique specifications, which makes standard returns or exchanges impractical. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 3 days of receipt. Providing detailed information and clear photos of the defect or damage will help us address the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any problems with our products.

HOW TO CARE

All of our garments are made to last, but a few simple tricks will keep them like new for longer. For most garments, a simple machine wash on cool/gentle cycle and tumble dry on low will do the trick. If shrinkage is a concern, you can lay flat to dry and press with a medium heat iron. 

FAQs

  • Can you use my college/university/sorority/fraternity name?

    No, we are not licensed to sell official gear for colleges, universities, or greek organizations at this time; however, we can use general team mascot names (Bulldogs, Rebels, Tigers, etc) and your team colors to produce a perfect shirt for game day!

  • Do you offer rush production?

    Yes, we offer rush production for $15 per order. All of our orders are completed in the order they are received, but we understand that sometimes you really need to ease your way to the front of the line. We get it and we can make that happen!

  • You’ve never done anything for my team/school before, can you make just one shirt for me?

    Absolutely!! We love new customers, new teams, and new schools and we will be happy to help you!
